Paypal Restrictions for Indian Users
Paypal has announced that from 1 March 2011 the following restrictions
will apply to Indian users:
- Incoming payments will be restricted to $500 USD per payment
- Funds transferred to your PayPal account must be transferred to your
bank account in India within 7 days
- You will not be able to make purchases from your Paypal account

Payoneer Restrictions for Indian Payoneer Users
Payoneer recently announced that their Indian cardholders were going
to face restrictions on how they could use their funds (see blogpost).
They have since introduced a wire transfer system for India so
cardholders can have their funds sent directly to an Indian bank
account

Payoneer are not currently issuing any new debit cards for Indian
based users but are working on extending the wire transfer system to
new users.

We have just released a brand new feature which will help with
depositing funds into your Freelancer.com account. The new feature is
called "Freelancer Pay-on-Demand". It allows you to top up your
Freelancer.com balance with an amount of your choice. With this new
feature you will never run low on funds in your account again. All
deposits made through our Pay-on-Demand system are done through
Moneybookers.

Existing entries prior to the changes will remain in the running for

All future submissions must use the "Freelancer.com" version of the
label available in the media kit. Entry must be via YouTube link,
uploaded to the contest site.
